One of the big trends this season – romance – takes on many shapes and forms. The most obvious is flowery fabrics but I have decided to pick out two other fabulous examples on this trend for you to be inspired by.
This top from designer Bea Szenfeld oozes of romance. I love it because it is timeless. It was presented in August during Bea´s Italian inspired show and your mind can definitely drift off towards Tuscany when looking at it. It is no secret that I am a big fan of flexible garments and this is another good example where the top can be done even more romantic with the right skirt and accessories or you can choose to go in a completely different direction with jeans and sexy high heels that are still huge on the scene.
Säby ´s spring/summer collection IS romance. I love the fact that it is romance in dressy stylish way though (no surprise here is there…). Karin Säby is also a genius when it comes to accentuating woman by using all those small details to bring out femininity. This is a jacket in which you can bring a bit of romance to the office, to the after work drinks, to the party or to a stylish but laid back Sunday brunch.
