What the designer says: The complex meeting the ordianry and the ability to see the beauty in something seemingly ordinary.
Woman Muse: Marilyn Monroe We are intrigued by the discrepancy between her public persona and her private self. A picture by Arnold Newman taken in 1962 shows a different side of Marilyn; she looks fragile.
What we say: It is a good mix of stylish, elegant and the ordinary. I do not really see the complex and I would actually like to. Whyred could afford a show piece or two two make this show and collection something really extraordinary.
What I absolutely adore is the styling of the female models. I wouldn´t say Marilyn Monroe though - I would say that they are much more like the perfectly cool and always elegant Rita Hayworth and i love it!
