What the designers says: The a/w 2008 collection is inspired by the Swedish movie, Persona, by INgmar Bergman. It embodies a variety of motions - secrets and sadness ending up in excitement. A mix of glamour and sensuality, with shiny surfaces such as luxurious velvet, silk and viscose, and materials like cavalry twill, flannel and denim. As always in Dagmar designs, knitting is in focus, from silky evening dresses to large cardigans.
What we says: Dagmar has grown up and finally come out of the closet as a stylish old lady. The garments are a bit less edgy but much more stylish and grown up and from a light crush we are no madly in love with Dagmar.
